Well, here's hoping March leave like a lamb. We have lots of plans in the coming weeks.
First, the Galt meet has been rescheduled for Weds. April 6th. Start time 3:30. We will need as many volunteers as this past Wednesday plus a couple more. We will have a snack bar at the April 6th meet. So sign up early and often.
Second, we have an away meet at Union Mine High School this Wednesday. The athletes will travel by bus - so if you attend and plan to leave the meet with your athlete you MUST check them out with me before leaving.
Last night some of our team attended the Diamondback Distance Extravaganza at Union Mine HS. COHS did fantastic, set a school and meet record in the Varsity Boys Distance Medley, Set meet records in the Varsity Boys 1600, Varsity Co-Ed 4x800, Varsity Women's Distance Medley and JV Boys 3200. All in all a great event for the Wolfpack.
and last, a few athletes are asking for one last order of spirit wear - So one last order will go in this Tuesday. I need any orders by the end of Tuesday's practice.
Other than all of the above - enjoy your first full weekend in months - I know I will

as an athlete, are progressing and how that fits into the
Saturday Invitational lineups. There are two league meets
before our next Saturday meet and based on the results there
may be changes to our Saturday lineups. This is everyone's
opportunity to impress the coaches with your progress in
I talked about my Corvette award at the parent team meeting
and we haven't been actively awarding this as I wanted to
do. This week the award goes to Taylor Wakefield. She has
consistently made dramatic improvements week over week and
excelled today in her events.
